General Terms:

Freeport Resort & Club makes its best efforts to ensure that all the information that appears on its website is accurate. However, no warranty, expressed or implied, is given that the information provided on this website is error free. Freeport Resort & Club does not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions, and reserves the right to change the information published at any time and without notice.

Check In & Check Out Policy:

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am unless separate arrangements are made with management. Freeport Resort & Club cannot guarantee early check in as it depends on room availability. If you plan to arrive later than 6 pm, please contact management at freeportresortoffice@gmail.com 24 hours in advance so we can prepare for your late check-in.

Early Departure Policy:

Guests who have checked-in and are seeking an early departure from their booking will need to advise the hotel by 2 pm, 24 hours in advance in order to avoid paying the full room rate for that night. No refund will be offered if you decide to depart earlier than the dates of your booking.

Noise Policy:

Freeport Resort & Club prides itself in offering a quiet and tranquil oasis where guests can come to relax and recharge. Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time but especially after 10 pm. In its absolute discretion, management reserves the right to terminate the remainder of any offending guests’ booking, without refund.

Smoking Policy:

At Freeport Resort & Club smoking inside the rooms is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee will apply if there is evidence that this rule is disregarded ($500 US Max.) Please see staff on arrival for designated smoking areas to avoid any additional fees.

Room Damage, Theft, and Cleaning Policy:

Guests that depart leaving their room in an unpardonable state that requires excessive cleaning and extra time will incur additional cleaning charges. This will be processed against their nominated card used to guarantee / to pay for room charges. Furthermore, any damages made by guests will be on-charged. The damage recovery fee will include labor and materials. Any items taken from the room on departure will also be on-charged at the cost of replacement. This shall be informed to you via email.

Currency:

All rates advertised on this website are displayed in US dollars.

Booking Payment Policy:

Please be advised that we accept VISA, Mastercard, debit cards supported by VISA and Mastercard, and cash payments. A 2% credit card surcharge is applicable to VISA & Mastercard payments. Credit card charges are not refunded if you decide to cancel your booking.

All guests are required to present a valid major credit card and government issued photo identification even if guests are planning on paying in cash upon check-out.  Checks and foreign currency not accepted.

Full pre-payment of the reservation will be required and charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Upon arrival and check-in, you will be charged a deposit of $250 in order to cover general damages. This will be refunded to you in full after your check-out and departure pending no damages. 

By providing your credit card details you authorize Freeport Resort & Club to charge the nominated credit card for the amount of your stay as well as any additional services rendered.

Cancellation/Amendment/Refund Policy:

In the event of a normal booking amendment or cancellation, guests are entitled to an amendment or refund of their booking if and only if the booking is amended or canceled after 6 pm, 7 days prior to the arrival date. 

No amendment or refund will be granted in the event a guest does not arrive for their booking or amends or cancels on the date of their booking.

In the unlikely event that you must amend or cancel your reservation, the amendment or cancellation must be made 7 days prior to the arrival date, with a confirmation email to be obtained. If an amendment or cancellation confirmation email is not received, the booking remains in effect.

All cancellation charges will be processed using the credit card used by you to make the booking. All refunds will be processed within 14 days. 

Luggage Storage:

Please let our front desk team know if you wish to store your luggage. We can store your luggage between 8 am to 6 pm. We are unable to store luggage overnight.

Room Occupancy:

Rooms are available overnight for a maximum of 6 persons. Freeport Resort & Club’s efficiency, one bedroom, and enhanced one bedroom suites can accommodate 4 persons. Freeport Resort & Club two bedroom suites can accommodate 6 persons. In the event that your party includes children, they will be counted as an occupant. If your party includes more than 6 persons, you must book an additional room to accommodate them.

Lost and Found Policy:

Freeport Resort & Club will store your personal belongings left in your room for the maximum duration of 15 days after you have checked out. Freeport Resort & Club reception staff will make genuine attempts to contact you to inform you about the lost and found item after your departure and options to have it returned back to you. All postage/courier charges incurred for the return of the items will be billed to the hotel guest. In cases where we do not hear back from you, the item will be disposed of after 15 days.

Security and Eviction Policy:

Freeport Resort & Club reserves the right to enter any guest room in the best interest of the security and/or safety of its guests and employees. Freeport Resort & Club may evict a guest without warning or refund of their stay due to demonstration of, but not limited to the following: Intoxication, antisocial behavior, physical or verbal abuse to staff and other guests, willful damage to the room, resort, and/or its contents, excessive noise, ignoring the advice or requests of Freeport Resort & Club staff, smoking outside designated areas, or exceeding the maximum number of guests in the room at any time.

Parking at Your Own Risk:

Freeport Resort & Club does offer free on-site parking to hotel guests at the time of their stay. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Freeport Resort & Club shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on or near the resort property.
